Delete your account
You can delete your FantaSign account and its data at any time. There are two ways: from inside the app, or by email if you have already uninstalled it.
Option 1 — From inside the app
- Open FantaSign and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. You will be asked to re-enter your password.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Option 2 — By email (if you have uninstalled the app)
Send an email to support@fantasign.com from the address you used to register, with the subject "Delete my account".
We will verify the request and delete your account. We may reply to confirm your identity before proceeding. Expect completion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
The following are permanently removed:
- your email, manager name and password;
- your favourite club, your leagues and your standings in them;
- all your transfer predictions and monthly challenge predictions, and their results;
- notifications generated for your account;
- your device push token and time zone, if notifications were enabled.
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered. Predictions you made in shared leagues may remain visible to other members in aggregate ranking history, but with no link to your identity.
What may be kept, and for how long
We may retain minimal records where the law requires it (for example, to handle a dispute or comply with a legal obligation). Such records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose. Backups are rotated and any residual copies are overwritten within 30 days.
