Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this is

FantaSign ("the app") is a free football prediction game operated as a personal project by an individual, not a company. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to play. You must give a valid email address and choose a manager name. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us at support@fantasign.com if you think your account has been compromised.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. The game

FantaSign lets you predict real football transfers and take part in monthly prediction challenges and private leagues. Predictions are scored automatically once the underlying real-world event is confirmed by our data sources.

There is no entry fee, no prize with monetary value, and no gambling. Rankings and points exist for fun and bragging rights only.

We may adjust scoring rules, resolve ambiguous predictions using our best judgement, correct obvious errors, and add or retire challenges. We aim to be consistent and fair but our scoring decisions are final.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful, or to harass or abuse other users;
• try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers;
• use bots, scrapers or automated methods to interact with the app;
• create multiple accounts to manipulate league or challenge rankings;
• upload a manager name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes someone's rights.

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Content and data sources

Club, player and transfer information shown in the app comes from third-party data and public reporting. We do not guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date, and it may change as transfers develop.

FantaSign is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, league, player, or Apple or Google.

6. Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". It is a personal project: there may be downtime, bugs, data delays, or periods without updates. We may change or discontinue features, or the whole service, at any time. If we shut the service down we will try to give reasonable notice through the app.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Because the app is free, our total liability to you is limited to zero euros.

8. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time — see Delete account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you break these Terms or if we stop operating the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the change is significant we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
